2019 Annual QualityImpact Collaborative Meeting

Join over 200 quality improvement leaders, providers, and healthcare professionals from across the Southeast at the third annual Collaborative Meeting, pioneered by the QualityImpact Practice Transformation Network and Consortium for Southeastern Hypertension Control (COSEHC).

The 2019 Collaborative Meeting will explore innovative quality improvement and cost reduction initiatives and strategies for success in the transition to value-based care.

 

HOTEL RESERVATIONS

Attendees are responsible for securing hotel reservations using their own credit card. Reservations should be made directly with the Wild Dunes Resort and can be reimbursed after the collaborative. All reservations made after January 28, 2019 are subject to hotel availability and may not be reimbursable.

TRAVEL REIMBURSEMENT

Travel expenses will be paid for two attendees - one physician and either one practice manager or one quality improvement coordinator - from each organization enrolled in QualityImpact.  Click below to learn more about the 2018 travel reimbursement guidelines.

NOTE: Upon check-in, your guest room will be charged to the COSEHC QualityImpact master account.  Attendees are responsible for making their own cancellations by notifying the hotel no later than March 6th to avoid incurring charges to their credit card on file.
