Join us at the Sweetgrass Pavilion on Wednesday, March 13th at 5:30 pm for cocktails and hors d’oeuvres, opportunities to network with peers, experts, and your practice facilitators, a poster gallery spotlighting practice performance, and exhibits by our collaborators!


HOTEL RESERVATIONS

The deadline for obtaining hotel reservations under the group rate has ended, however, attendees needing a reservation should contact Susan Moxley (COSEHC) at stmoxley@wakehealth.edu or (336) 716-8238 to confirm availability and if a discounted rate is available for March 13 and 14th. Attendees are responsible for providing their credit card information to hold their reservation.

Attendees may also call the hotel directly at 1-877-624-3654 to reserve a room at the current hotel rate, however attendees will be responsible for the difference between the room block rate ($179) and the current rate. 

Cancellation Deadline: Attendees are responsible for making their own cancellations by notifying the hotel no later than March 6 to avoid charges to their credit card.

 

TRAVEL REIMBURSEMENT

Travel expenses will be paid for two attendees - one physician and either one practice manager or one quality improvement coordinator - from each organization enrolled in QualityImpact.  Click below to learn more about the 2018 travel reimbursement guidelines.

NOTE: Upon check-in, your guest room will be charged to the COSEHC QualityImpact master account.  Attendees are responsible for making their own cancellations by notifying the hotel no later than March 6th to avoid incurring charges to their credit card on file.
